REGISTRATION FEE (IN EURO)

  • Delegates € 450,00
  • Residents, Fellows & Nurses € 250,00
  • Health Care Professional from developing countries € 250,00
  • Students € 100,00

22% VAT will be added to all costs according to the EU regulations.

*Students’ Fee only includes just: participation in congress activities; certificate of attendance.
Trainees and Students have to send the certificate of enrollment in Medical School through email to info@idea-group.it and must please bring Student ID to the Conference.

EUPSA members will receive a 10% discount on the registration fee, upon indication of their EUPSA membership number.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, it is expected a refund of:

  • 50% of the total amount for cancellations received by September 5th 2023.
  • No reimbursement after September 5th 2023.

If no final balance is received, the registrations will be automatically cancelled
